Working principle:

Wetness sensor WN35 Leaf Surface is designed to simulate the blade and detect the presence of water, which predicts the wetness of the leaves or plants around the sensor. PLEASE NOTE: WN35 Sensor detects the presence of water on the surface of the leaf. or nearby trees by simulating the blade, not within nearby leaves or trees

Setup guide:

1. Remove the battery door on the back of the output unit by removing the screws. (Make sure the rubber seal remains intact when installing or removing the battery door.)

2. Insert one 1.5V AA battery (be careful of the polarity: the flat side of the battery goes to the spring side of the battery compartment).

3. Humidity readings are displayed on the LCD screen instantly and are normally updated every 79.5 seconds. (Sensor transmission update period)

4. NOTE: If there is no reading on the screen, make sure the battery is inserted in the correct way or a proper reset has occurred. Do not install the battery backwards. You can permanently destroy the sensor.

5. Close the battery door by installing the screws.
