Working principle: When raindrops pass through the sampling area, the raindrops block the laser and the light signal received by the receiving sensor, and the light signal (such as voltage or current) converted from the light signal changes. When the raindrops pass through the sampling area, it receives an electrical signal from the sensor. Restore the previous state. When the raindrops fall into the sampling area, the electrical signal of the receiving sensor is processed, and the time when the raindrops reached the sampling area can be determined.
